We want you to love your ALEX AND ANI jewelry, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn merchandise in original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that final sale items and personalized pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid UPS shipping label, which will be sent to your email address for easy printing at home.

  Pack Your Jewelry

  Securely place your unworn items and the original packing slip inside the shipping box, ensuring all original tags and protective packaging are included.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking number; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
